We don't have added costs of transport, packaging and advertising when you buy through CSAs, the farmer receives a larger portion of the food dollar.

Ambrosia Farms: Our Mission

Ambrosia Farms produces naturally grown heirloom produce and heritage farm products - 21 years of
farming naturally and only heirloom seeds!

Visit us at the farm -  you'll see we participate in featherdown farm days, a European company with a unique agritourism concept - we are excited to be one of the first in the U.S.!  Take part in  our "make your own" brick oven pizzas - to raise funds for our "lil veggie" factories.   We encourage you to walk our bridal paths, pet our farm animals, pasture picnics, and of course pick your own veggies!  Visit other nearby farms for blueberry and apple picking.

See the "Amish" village being built up and down the road,  watch the horse and buggies passby.  Best of all, experience the natural beauty you will help preserve by supporting family farmers  in our community C i r c l e CSA.

We also offer pony rides, local farmer and artisan products, pasture picnics, outdoor time with friends, family and co-workers, meeting people with common interests too!

Farmers Frozen Foods: Heirloom Tomato Puree

Our company was founded in 2005 to provide Northeast farmers an alternative market for their short season fruit and vegetables.  Heirloom tomato puree are 15 ounce blocks and contain lots of fresh tomatoes cooked minimally with no additives and frozen for use in stews, pasta, soups, bisque, and chili - just about any meal in all cultures use tomatoes!
These are guaranteed perfection and all natural and real tomato flavor!

Free Range: Pekin Duck

Roast Pekin Duck is a recipe developed for China's king.  Purchase one of our whole ducks frozen for $25 or roasted for $30.  A very special treat!  Our ducks are pasture raised under the best care and humane practices including longer life spans.  Pekin duck has a healthy fat which drains off in the roasting process and can be used later for fried potatoes.  We like our duck served just as the king's enjoyed it.

ARTISAN PRODUCTS: Caramel Sauce

Artisan Cheeses!

Dutch Girl Cheese
  • artisan cheese maker who makes goat, cow, sheep and mixed milk cheeses.
  • purchases milk from local farmers, sourcing for the best milk available.
  • only makes cheese with milk from animals on pasture.
Most of the cheeses have natural rinds, with the exception of the cumin cheese, a traditional dutch cheese which is cream waxed for protection.

Here is a List of Cheeses available with description - prices begin at $5 for 1/4lb, generally based on market conditions & milk prices.
